This is a great hand-held massage gun for the price (US$3.45). Although it only has four (4) settings — Low, Medium, High, and Pulsed — it delivers penetrating waves of sensation into the muscles…wherever those muscles might be located. The box arrived slightly crumpled, but the contents within were undamaged. The battery charges easily and maintains its charge sufficiently. RECOMMENDED

Great charts for feet points and for your entire body in color in plastic coated paper material. That was a nice bonus, but all the pressure points are marked in Chinese only, as is the entire sets of instructions only in Chinese. however, it’s easy to figure out. The on button and the charging slot. press the on button again and you go up five different levels of pulsation or vibration and the last one is actually pulsing. I think there might be six levels. it’s simply vibrates. it doesn’t like pump in and out like some of the larger more popular machines. It’s also smooth and fits in the palm of your hand quite well and would be great on a third Or fourth date. getting to know each other more closely. on with the device and off with the clothes 🙂 hahaha and seriously folks. I’ve tried In the past and it was popular. But I used it on my neck in the back around the vertebrae and it was very nice! this is a very definite big yes to this device! 👍🏽✅🤩

Great little massage gun! For minor ache in shoulder I put it on pulse and simply laid it on my shoulder area. I put pressure on the device and really didn’t need it to feel better. But, if the ache had been more intense I don’t doubt a little extra pressure would help this little device massage it right out. Happy to recommend it to anyone who wants immediate massage relief.
